## 1. Test Objectives

Demonstrate endurance (SRD-3.1), cruise airspeed (SRD-3.2), and wind tolerance (SRD-8.2) for the MRT-X air vehicle.

## 2. Test Conditions

## 3. Endurance Test

Air vehicle Tail #2 was flown to fuel exhaustion (with reserve) in a loiter profile.

## 4. Airspeed Test

Level cruise sustained at 31 KIAS, exceeding the >25 KIAS requirement. Satisfies SRD-3.2.

## 5. Wind Test

Station-keeping demonstrated in steady winds measured at 24–26 kt with gusts to 30 kt. Hover position held within 3 m. Satisfies SRD-8.2.

## 6. Compliance Summary

Endurance, airspeed, and wind requirements are demonstrated met.

### [INTERNAL — NOT PART OF REPORT] Planted gaps in this document

- **PG-FT-1 (the key one):** SRD-3.1 requires ≥2.5 hr endurance with a **representative mission payload**. Run E-1 (2:47) carried **no payload**. Run E-2 (2:31) carried a **1.1 lb comms relay**, not the **2.0 lb baseline EO/IR ISR payload** (SRD-4.2/4.4) that defines the actual mission. Endurance with the operational ISR payload at 44 lb MGTOW was **never demonstrated**. The "met" claim rests on lighter configurations. A certifier tracing SRD-3.1 to its representative-payload condition should reject this as not-yet-verified. (Category: verification gap — requirement not demonstrated in operational config.)
- **PG-FT-2:** §5 wind test reached 24–26 kt with gusts to 30 kt, but SRD-8.2 specifies 25 KIAS. Steady condition is marginal (24–26 brackets the 25 limit) and the report does not state whether the requirement is steady wind or gust. (Category: AMBIG — marginal/undefined condition.)
- **PG-FT-3 (clean / control):** Airspeed (§4, 31 KIAS vs >25 requirement) is cleanly demonstrated. Engine should NOT flag SRD-3.2.
