# Environmental Qualification Test Report — MRT-X

**Document:** RPT-MRTX-ENV-001 | **Type:** Test report
**Revision:** v1.0 | **Date:** 3 June 2026
**Prepared by:** Aerix Defense Systems (fictional) — Environmental Test Group
**Verifies against:** SRD-MRTX-001 §8.4, §8.5, §8.6; MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G

---

> **FICTIONAL — METHODOLOGY TEST INPUT.** Not a real test report. This is a deliberately CLEAN report (positive control).

## 1. Test Articles and Configuration

Two production-representative air vehicles and one GCS were subjected to the environmental qualification sequence. Configuration matched the baseline ISR variant at 44 lb operational MGTOW.

## 2. MIL-STD-810H Test Summary

| Method | Test | Condition | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| 500.6 | Low pressure (altitude) | to 12,000 ft density altitude | Pass |
| 501.7 | High temperature | +49 °C operating | Pass |
| 502.7 | Low temperature | −32 °C operating | Pass |
| 506.6 | Rain | 0.75 in/hr, blowing | Pass |
| 507.6 | Humidity | 95% RH cycles | Pass |
| 509.7 | Salt fog | 48 hr exposure | Pass |
| 514.8 | Vibration | rotorcraft/transport profile | Pass |
| 516.8 | Shock | functional + transit | Pass |

## 3. MIL-STD-461G Test Summary

| Test | Description | Result |
|---|---|---|
| CE102 | Conducted emissions, power leads | Pass |
| RE102 | Radiated emissions, E-field | Pass |
| CS101 | Conducted susceptibility, power | Pass |
| RS103 | Radiated susceptibility, E-field (to 200 V/m) | Pass |

## 4. Salt-Fog / Shipboard Suitability

Following 509.7 salt-fog exposure, the air vehicle completed a functional flight check with no degradation of flight-critical function, satisfying SRD-8.5.

## 5. Compliance Summary

The system passed the full environmental qualification sequence. All flight-critical functions remained within specification across the tested environmental envelope. The system is assessed compliant with SRD-8.4, SRD-8.5, and SRD-8.6 for the tested conditions.

## 6. Revision History

- **v1.0 (3 June 2026):** Initial environmental qualification test report. MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G sequences completed.

### [INTERNAL — NOT PART OF REPORT] This is a CLEAN positive control

- No planted gaps. The report properly substantiates SRD-8.4, SRD-8.5, SRD-8.6 with named MIL-STD-810H methods and MIL-STD-461G tests and pass results.
- **The engine should verify this report cleanly and NOT raise findings.** If the engine flags this report, that is a FALSE POSITIVE and should be scored against it.
- One subtle realism note (not a planted gap, but a legitimate scope point a sharp certifier might raise): rain at 506.6 was tested at 0.75 in/hr per SRD-8.3, but **icing** (SRD-8.7) is not in this matrix. This is correct scoping — icing is addressed in the flight envelope report, not environmental qual — but watch whether the engine over-reaches and flags it here.
